PMC and Polymer Clay Spear Pendant Discover one of the newest innovativejewelry mediums, Precious Metal Clay. This material feels like clay, is pliable, can be shaped and textured like clay, but when kiln fired, results infine silver. (Sterling silver is usually 92.5%. Precious Metal Clay is 99% pure silver). Introduction to PMC This two part PMC introductory class taught by Maura Muir will cover many of the basics of working with PMC. Some of the techniques included in part one of the class (but not limited to) are cutting, stamping, using forms, inclusions and syringe work.
